Called to ask what my ballance is due (i lost my bill)..was told not due for almost 2 more weeks. Tryd to pay rite then over phone,got told they dont take payments there..have to pay online or through snail mail. What kinda company doesnt take your money when offering it????? They already provided me with service! I just want to pay my bill....jeesh
