Dvds are always scratched pay for a movie and never get to finish it. Rented from you tonight again because your movie boxes much like red box ran blockbuster and Hollywood video out of business. I hate your lack of selection and wish the old stores would make a come back. Could always rent an old movie there and see something I missed no longer playing At the theaters. At least with the stores you could take your messed up disc back and get a good copy. Your boxes are garbage and so is your lack of customer service. You took the element of service away when you removed the human element from thus industry.
