Turned into a 55 and older genre in the early 80s, many older model homes on lots of various sizes, the rent is $440.00 month and it unequal. Some have huge lots with yards and carports & some are very small with a driveway and a 10x20 concrete slabs. But they all pay the same. There's laundry facilities and a nice club house with kitchen and dining room and a pool table. Bingo is 1st friday and theres bbq for get togethers. Management has been inept. Lots of owership changes. Oh, and the last moron filled the beautiful swimming pool rather then fix a crack which had been there caused no problems for along time. Lame! It's nice and 84% of the folks there are wonderful. Nice, almost rural setting mostly well maintained. On a scale I'd give it a solid 7.
