Megan is usually the attending vet and she has always had a great "truck-side" manner with our animals. She always gives us several options and is willing to listen to our concerns. What can really make or break a quality vet visit for me is the front office. I have often come to a good vet only to be frustrated by the front office staff. Usually they have a chip on their shoulder the size of a mastiff. The front office staff at Banks Veterinary Service has consistently been some of the best I have worked with.
