I'm a woman so I like that Bob didn't assume I was a nitwit and clueless about cars because of my gender. He explained my problems and the work to be done clearly.
My truck was ready the next day and he came in under budget. I'm happy to report that my truck is driving better than it ever has since I owned it. It has more power and shifts better. His shop rate is very competitive.
