West Salem Vision Center

I have personally never been a patient here but my nephew who now lives with us was. My nephew had broken his glasses and I was trying to figure out a quick way to get him seeing again. I didn’t have the time to get him down there (we live about 2 hours away) so a I was trying to have all his old information transferred and figure out the style and RX of what he had previously received there. I was very impressed with the service I received just over the phone. Billy (who helped me) was very competent and efficient!! He got me all the info I needed in a quick and timely manner. He even help me get a quick temporary fix with contacts while we are waiting on new glasses. The service we received was so good I considered just taking my nephew there. I know it can be hard to find a good office for care as I myself deal with many offices (dental, vision and medical). I was so impressed with how Billy helped us out I would not be hesitant to become a patient there!
