Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Asked twice for a quote before we started. The tech told me they might not have my filter in and left to ask, then came back and tried to start the light check, etc, that they do at the beginning of the service. I asked again for a quote, which he finally gave me as $78 (2014 Chevy Spark). After I told him I couldn't do that, another guy came over and told me they didn't have my oil filter in stock anyway. I'm not sure why they tried to start a service when they knew they didn't have the parts in stock. I won't be back.
