Vacasa

I recently stayed with Vacasa in Sisters, Oregon with a larger group. The booking process was very easy and with the amount of communication from Vacasa, we felt and in the loop and ready for our stay! The house was clean, well equipped and in great shape. We encountered an issue with sufficient bedding, not being as described. The customer service staff at Vacasa was more than helpful, timely and expressed their care for our situation. With the Vacasa team’s awesome customer service, we were well taken care of! We had a great time, great house and great customer service. I highly recommend Vacasa.
