My brother used this USPS to ship me five luggages - four of which arrived (a bit battered, but to be expected) and one went missing. I called the office and after a bit of telephone tag I managed to speak with some people who asked me to describe it and then said they’d look for it. Cool, no big deal. My memory is a bit fuzzy here but I’m pretty sure I called them again and they said the package was missing and they couldn’t locate it. Big bummer, this luggage had all of my winter coats in it. And since I didn’t have insurance on the luggage they can only reimburse me $100. Alright, not too bad, but kinda sucked they wouldn’t reimburse me for the cost of shipping too. But couldn’t do much about it and I waited a couple weeks for the check, kind of forgot about the whole thing. Then I realized the check was way overdue and called again, had to leave a message for someone (I think Amanda?) and then a couple days later called again. She said she’d send me the check. Once again, no big deal I wasn’t in a rush. Then, after like a month I realized the check was still overdue and called the office again. Whoever I talked to said the check will be sent again. I don’t remember how many times I did this (this was back in 2017) but I never got the reimbursement and have just given up. I’m guessing it’s not the fault of the office that my luggage wasn’t delivered - probably the delivery peeps - but it really sucked they wouldn’t reimburse me for the cost and THEN not send the check. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

one star only because i dont have the option to give any lower. customer service is HORRIBLE !!! i dont know if the people who work here know what customer service is---i am sure these employees would probably complain too if some one at a different place serves them the way they serve people here. coming here is always a pain but it is the closest place to my home. the lines are freaking longgggg and no body bothers to do anything about it. i dont think there is a Functional manager there, and if there is --he/she needs to be replaced period !!!
