Very pleasant experience from dropping my car off to picking it up the next day. The only reason I had get it the next day was because I had to have a lot of things done, and I was offered a free rental car for my inconvenience (and because my repairs cost over $300). Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, and I have the pleasure of returning to replace my battery next week! Highly recommend Broadway Toyota!
Special thanks to Royce and Drew in the repair shop. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Also- I felt bad having to skip the battery, but I had to replace so many things in my car... and my fiancé and I are on a tight budget (trying to buy a house in Portland is not cheap).. but Drew and Royce were very understanding and that meant the world to me! Thank you again Drew and Royce! Hopefully when I come in next week I have the pleasure of working with either or both of you!!

My proof of insurance was in my car, which was in the shop so I couldn’t just go get it... she gave me her personal email to have my insurance email my information to so I could get the car and go about my day. She was so sweet, kind and patient. Her awesome personality also made my day :) and I can’t thank her enough for her patience with me!
