Tad's Chicken N' Dumplins

After coming back to the Portland area after an absence of a few years, it was great to see that some things haven't changed... like Tad's, for instance. I had the Friday night special, razor clams, and my friend had their chicken and dumplings. As usual, they were excellent, the "dumplins" huge sinkers with lots of flavor, the green beans tasty and so fantastic I ordered more to take home. I love this old, homey, nostalgic place on the Sandy River. It's perfect for a romantic dinner or for taking the folks visiting from out of town. I wish I lived closer... I'd definitely be a regular customer!
