This location has really moved away from the "third space" idea from when it opened. The new layout is crowded, the seating is uncomfortable and the whole aesthetic is designed to discourage loitering. And while the staff hasn't changed they have become pushy and unwelcoming, which seems like a corporate directive to help drive sales. Except for its incredible convenience, I would have moved on months ago. However, the coffee is still pretty good.
