Sprint Store

The staff messed up my nephew's new replacement phone. All we wanted was them to set it up and transfer the info from one phone to the other like normal. Instead they made us take ANOTHER trip back to the Apple store, this is where we found out they messed it up and didn't know what they were doing. It took along time being at the Apple store to fix this problem. They actually had to speak to Sprint 2x's before they got it right. Not a happy customer and was very irritated. So my advice to anyone that needs phone information transferred from one to another don't go to the Sprint Store on 40th and Halsey.
