I have been meaning to do this for months and I am usually forced to write bad reviews for those that deserve them but in this case, a good review is needed.
My wife works nearby, I picked her up for lunch and was driving by Speed's to get to our lunch destination. We noticed a few blocks prior, a fairly loud whistling sound that we didn't know was coming from us. We happened to put into their parking lot and my wife jumped out to see if that sound was coming from our car and it was. It was coming from the front end. The owner came out (I don't recall his name), he said he would be happy to take a look at it and to come back in half an hour. We went to lunch and came back after, he said that a rock got flung up between the brake pad and the caliber. They just removed the rock, but the process to do that was to hoist it up, take off the wheel, and the brake. All in all, it took some work and I was readily prepared to pay the man for their time. But he declined payment and just said it has been taken care of. Not only do we really appreciate that, but overall his approach to us and our issue. That is how you earn business and I guarantee, if we ever need an auto body, they will be our first visit.
