Sea Lions of Astoria

The parking at the end of the pier was wildly expensive, but I still can't believe how much fun I had. At first, I was just like "it's a bunch of sea lions, what's the big deal?" But I had a wonderful time! There's something about watching the fleshy creatures huddled up snoozing in the sun that makes me nostalgic for the bygone days when I'd wake up to find my father sleeping shirtless on the couch after coming home from his third shift job. Plus, I really liked watching the seagulls. Five stars.
