Joe at Save on Tires has given me some of the best customer service I have ever received. They sold me one thing and then put something different on my car. This made me incredible upset but every company goofs up and its how you handle those goof ups that separate the OK companies from the great companies. This is a great company. He profusely apologized for this mix up and we negotiated on what would be best for me until I was 100% happy. He seriously went above and beyond trying to rectify the problem for me. I have never experienced anything like it, good on you Save On Tires. I 100% will be back.
