I have had nothing but problems with this bank since march. Everything from screwing me on a car loan to not being able to cash checks to my card not working to my pin on ny card being invalid. I tried calling the customer service on the back of the card and listened to 10min of advertisements and never talked to a human. When i finally got a hold of a human being they were not helpful. Had no explaination as to why my card or my pin was no longer working, just told me to change the pin and maybe that would work. The only reason why i am still with them is to pay my automated bills and that is all. They have become a god aweful credit union to work with over the phone. The loan advisor in office wss not compassionate and did not seem to care when my truck went belly up while i still owed money, then trying to get money back on a warranty i got attitude back for that. As far as im concerned river mark can go to hell
I appreciate how personal each person working at The Dalles branch is to each member. They WANT your banking experience to be not only positive, but realistic, working, satisfying. They work well together. If one doesn't have an answer or needs clarification, redirecting to those who are further trained in special aspects of the bank, they connect well.
