We had a great experience with the leasing team at River Terrace. Laura helped us find an apartment to fit our needs (kiddo and dog) and helped us with the application and lease process. Our apartment was in great condition upon move and had a welcome basket on the counter with some household essentials that we really appreciated. The few things that were wrong with our unit, the maintenance team was prompt and came to fix our list within a week. The grounds are clean and well maintained and it's close to all the waking paths around the river and the delta ponds. They also love pets which is so nice! Thanks for the great experience!
