This was our 1st stay in Bend, OR. We've stayed at other Red Lion Inns. This place was very convenient for us just traveling through. Easy for us to get back on Hwy. 97. The room was clean and the mattress was great to sleep on. However if you're carrying a heavy suitcase and other bags, you might request a downstairs room. Air conditioner was loud. We turned it off during the evening. We would try this place again.
