Ray Schultens Ford Inc

It was great except for two things. They said they would check if the repair needed was covered in my bumper to bumper policy. They informed me it was, so I decided to have it done, expecting to not have to pay out of pocket. When I went to pick up my car I had to unexpectedly pay $100 deductible and the bill was only $117 total. I would have waited if I thought I had to pay $100. Also my car was washed before being returned to me and whoever washed it needs to be taught how to do it right. It was an awful job.
