Great place with a knowlegdable staff. I do the maintenance and repairs for numerous rentals, all of them were in pretty bad shape when they were purchased. Plumbing has to be the most complicated and common issue I run into. Leaking valves are the worst. Often I can't even tell who the manufacturer is but the folks at Phil's ace they take one look ten they can usually grab me exatley what I need. They can't beat the prices of the big box stores but the big box stores don't know my name either. Being the primary hardware store in the area means that if a faucet was replaced it most likey came from here. Excellent selection of plumbing parts. They also carry most power tools you'd commonly use. They don't have much of a selection but they at least have the tools. Like all ace hardwares, they also have an automotive, household and paint sections also.
