Penske was great on all but one count. Would have been 5 stars if I wouldn't have been double charged on the last day and my account overdrew. When trying to resolve was given 10 of the 45 for overdraft fee and told that was all he could do. To make it clear EVERYTHING else was AMAZING, the desk guy JC worked with us on everything and helped ease alot of worries with the move, but I was disappointed with the last deal.
