PSA!!!!! *CONTACTED OREGON PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT* & BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU*
I ordered tofu yakisoba and vegetable egg rolls. Bit into the egg rolls and was still frozen. My husband went and told the staff. He said they would remake me some. While waiting I attempted to eat my yakisoba. Tofu was still cold, I was getting upset. The waitress brought back my egg rolls....LITERALLY the egg roll I had bitten into was just throw back into the fryer and to top off that very unsanitary event they were burnt to crisp. I stormed off to the mall management office and talked to the top manager who went and got my money back, gave me his card and said he will back me up when I report it to the state. When leaving the Asian manager was begging me not to report her and kept grabbing me. I had to get the mall management to get her to leave me alone.
