The level of service this clinic provide was reprehensible. I was referred there through my GP and redirected to their website to fill out information. It took days before Jennifer Dillard the "scheduling manager" contacted me via email but then refused to answer questions. After almost two weeks waiting to just make an appointment I emailed again and was told very rudely that I was far back in line to even have my file reviewed and that an appointment and I could get a different referral if I liked. The rudeness and callousness with which I was treated as a patient was disgraceful.
