Was originally booked for a sister property through a third party site. Booking had confusion on the room between the 3rd party and management. Showed up after confirming reservation and room was filled and no more comparable onsite. Manager was gracious to upgrade us to Nelscott at no extra charge. This property is very well nestled away and has an amazing view even on the first floor where we are. Only 1 on site parking and a few blemishes inside the suite but not nearly enough to bother us. Very happy with how management treated the situation and for our amazing rooms.
