I gave my three grandchildren and their parents tickets as a gift. They were perfect ages, 4, 2, and 2. They loved riding the train and the "Polar Express" book experience. Hearing from the kids and seeing their happy faces in the many pictures taken by their parents is how the 5 stars were earned.
I read some very harsh reviews (a different site) that were from an adults point of view. (Adult is a stretch in several cases.) My daughter, as an adult, said some parts outside were "cheesy," but the eyes of my granddaughter saw the entire trip like a two year old. She and her cousins enjoyed it very much.
Adults please READ the website information! It clearly states and explains why not all groups can be seated together. My children and their families weren't together, they did seat shuffling and were able to enjoy each other in one place or the other!
My daughter also did some research. Friends who'd been before advised to "go coach," for the best "Polar Express" experience.
