You need to either do some retraining or some firing! My longtime friend came through your drive thru. She has deformity of her hands....a DISABILITY...and your incredibly RUDE employee embarrassed and humiliated my friend by gasping, jumping back at the sight of her hands and saying “wow!”. She then proceeded to make her feel less than human by dropping her change instead of handing it directly to her. As if her hands were going to bite her or her disability was contagious. Shame on them!! The manager seemed to not care one bit either. The apology was scripted. These people should be educated. You don’t get to humiliate a person enough to make them cry and get away with it. What are you going to do about this McDonalds?
