Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant

Usually I love it here! I love the salsa and they always bring me extra. However, this time I went and the service was terrible. We sat for 15 minutes before someone took our order. We were obviously ready after a couple minutes. Also, the food took 45 minutes to come out and it wasn't even hot. The waitress was rude and never checked on our table. We wanted to order drinks and she didn't even ask us or come to our table when we flagged her down. Overall it was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. It was the worst service EVER. If you want to feel neglected by staff, this is the place to go.
