I'd like to revise my original review since maintenance did follow up this morning and has fixed the issue with my fridge. Thank you for sending someone over. I will remember to call the emergency line in the future if the issue needs immediate attention.

This review is solely for maintenance, which they advertise as being available "24 hours" yet every time I've submitted a request it takes a lot longer than that for the worker to get to my unit. Don't advertise something as a perk and not follow through.
My first service issue (a list of 5 things) took more than 48 hrs to be addressed and that was only after I called into the leasing office to get a status update. This last service request I put in yesterday morning, my fridge is broken and all my food has spoiled and still all day no one even came by. I get it was a Sunday, but again, don't advertise 24 hour maintenance if you won't be honoring it.
I hate to complain when I still live in this complex but this needs to be addressed ASAP and I hate to think it'll only be taken seriously because of a negative review. There should be more maintenance workers available for a large community of this size.
