Kendall Ford

We just bought a car from Kendall Ford, and we couldn't be happier. We found the experience to be unlike any other dealership (even better than other Kendall dealers). We worked with two people, James and Perry, and they were easy to talk to, had good senses of humor, and were exceedingly helpful. As a woman, I have to say what a nice surprise it was not to be talked "down to." They were respectful and very understanding that I had just been in a terrible accident. In addition, the "bargaining" aspect was quick and fair. I have never felt better about a car purchase. Although we will have to wait to see how the service continues now that we bought the car, the buying experience was the best we've ever had.

First let me say I am a real person and not some kind of shill. I hate going into dealerships but after my experience with Kendall I may have to change that thinking. I was treated great by these folks and the salesman Ron (remember that name) was great. He was more of a car buying councilor than a sales guy. They went the extra mile when a mistake was discovered on my credit report and got me a good rate on the used car I wanted at a good price. All the while he was a calming influence and he was there to genuinely help me. Here is where it gets better: I now had two cars to drive home and my wife was not with me. Ron offered to bring the car to my house (and I live way out of town) after his shift ended. This was AFTER the deal was done. He brought his wife and her car to drive him back home. Who does that anymore? The 20 something sales guys and other dealerships could learn a thing or two from this. Bottom line, shop Kendall Ford with confidence and try to work with Ron. I think you will be pleased.
