This location SUCKS! I am a Kaiser customer and have been off and on for about six years now. This location needs to have more specialty care options and expand to cover more things than just seeing your primary care physician. The front counter service is clueless and rude at times. The information their on-site nurses give is innacurate and frustrating over the phone. I was told a prescription was ready once but when I arrived I found they had filled it at another pharmacy and said they wouldn't be able to get it to me after all. I told them that was unacceptable and they eventually fixed the error after I made a scene. Kaiser has a good website and services are pretty good but man...this site needs to up its game.
