okay so... the process went by smoothly, ok... the girl was nice.... ok. i got my federal tax... ok. note: i went to see them around january 2016. fast forward... it is not july 2016 and still no state tax. so i contacted them and all they said was that it was "accomplished" and all they did was forward me to the oregon state hotline or whatever and all that number did was have me listen to a voice box and in the end tell me the exact same thing. i want to know where my check is. i want to know when i will get it. so i was hoping someone in this company can help me cause they were the one who i paid to help me file my taxes and here they are transfering me to a voice box that doesnt even help at all!
