I just went to see Diane Phelan and she did not disappoint. I was struggling with doing my taxes online because I had a certain expectation of what my refund should have been and on Turbo, it was a lot lower than expected. I went to H&R online and the refund was a little higher but they needed some info at the end that I didn't have. Long story short, Diane simply explained why my refund was lower than expected, made her service very affordable, was able to get me a little extra money which took care of her service, and had everything done within about a half hour. I look forward to seeing her next year!
