Excellent customer service experience at this location. Jeff, from the back, came out and helped me get the hardware I needed for a small project. I met and spoke with three other associates and all of them were polite and respectful and helpful. No problem using the military discount; I just showed my military retiree ID card.

Refused to honor military discount because it said veteran on my drivers license instead of having my VA ID card. They were completely disrespectful. Had just made a $500 purchase and was making an additional one and said forget it to both. Disappointed. I always enjoyed Home Depot and never had any problems until today. Even management/supervisor wouldn't allow it. "Policy Change". Decided to take my business to Jerry's and Lowe's because they were not only cheaper but much more respectful and actually thanked me for my service instead of belittle and haggle with me. The employees that helped me find what I needed were great but management and customer service were completely rude. Won't shop here again.
