Very unprofessional, don't set up a tow with Insurance company and then never call them or the clients after 4 hours that you are going to be another 2 plus hours is unacceptable. Clients called another company that will be there in under an 1 hour not 2-4 hours and then basically a no show! Would not recommend and advised insurance company to remove from list of tow companies to call.
