The owner is extremely dedicated spending long hours at the gym for the girls. She is fair, firm and extracts the best effort from my girls. They dont always love it, it is hard work, but they have both learned valuable skils both phisically and mentally. They have gained confidence and strength in both body and character while having a lot of fun.
