Saw a painting I wanted to buy, waited for staff to become available for 15-20 minutes. Didn't even get acknowledged that I was there. Neither did another woman who was also waiting the entire time. I understand if you are busy, but you can still give some kind of acknowledgement to your other customers especially if they are clearly sitting there waiting. I have never been treated this way I any gallery. Edit: even the dude at the ice cream place I went to after was able to say "just a moment please", and I only had waited 20 seconds.
