Working with this company was an awful experience. There was no communication from the company once I turned in my papers. Every time I called to inquire about my tax return I was assured it was going well and my taxes would be filed on time. Then just a few days before the deadline when I called again I was informed that they filed an extention without asking my permission or alerting me there was a problem. They played it down like it was no big deal, did not tell me I would be liable for any penalties or interest in case I owed money. I was told the reason for the delay was a family health issue of the staff who worked on my taxes. I have no way of knowing whether it is true but Yelp desribes an almost identical experience a few years earlier (which I didn't see). I wish the staff there were straight with me and just told me there was a possibility they might not get to it on time. But after multiple assurances of everything being on track, and then filing an extention, I had no trust in their service and integrity. I ended up taking my taxes and had them done at Go Green Tax which was smooth, fast and great.
