Fat Tuesdays Cajun and Blues

If I could give a negative 5 I would!! This place is horrible!! Tried it a year ago just after they opened at the new place, thought that experience was bad when on a Friday night @ 5:30 they were out of the only steak option on their menu! We waited forever, the food was mediocre at best, the atmosphere was bland and uninviting. Fast forward to last night, a year later and even worse! 6:00 on a Wednesday night, not even 10 people in the still bland uninviting cafeteria setting (only saving grace is the view of the pool). Guess what they are not only out of blue cheese (they have wedge salads on the menu!), but then 25 minutes after ordering the waitress comes to tell my daughter that they don't have enough ribs to serve her full rack because 3 other people had ordered 1/2 racks!! REALLY out of one of your main dishes mid-week an hour after you open! Never done this before but we walked out - easy to do when you haven't seen your waitress or any other staff for at least 10-15 minutes - we where there an hour - no food, not explanation even the few others in the place were complaining - just bad service and obvious poor management!!! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!
