The people at Desert Pump in White City are easy to work with. Joe, who I believe is the manager, is an ass. I paid $1000 for a pump for my well that stopped working after two years where I only used it for 6 months. I asked him to help me out as I didn't have the money to pay to have them come out. I asked if he could give me a break. He offered me a bench fee which was about half of what he normally charges as his idea of help. He kept saying that it was "all about me". well yeah it was about me as I had a bad expensive pump. He said "what about me". The "what about him" is my family and me doing business with him all these years. Well that has come to an end. Joe you have lost seven households out here because of your attitude. I work in customer service and if I talked with my clients that way I would have been fired. I went with Coleman pump in Grants Pass where their bench fee is half of what Desert Pump charges with friendly people who don't have an attitude.
