Great from start to finish. I had siding replaced and a roof vent installed. In addition I had cedar corbels installed. I had several companies come out and give an estimate. Bill, a salesman from A Cut Above, presented a line by line estimate that detailed all work. The amount of time they put into the estimate was above and beyond compared to ever other company. costs were broken down by each line item. Other companies estimates were simply "Replace Siding - $X".
Sam, our project manager, was great. He communicated dates, worked around our schedule, and continued to check on his crew throughout the process. Any issue that came up along the way was dealt with immediately. He never gave the typical "Oh don't worry about that, it's not a big deal" answer. No matter what the concern he was there with a solution.
Finally the work crew was incredible. They were extremely fast and always kept the work site clean and professional. Not once was there a mess left behind. They even took the time to work out on the street parking with my neighbors, to the point where a neighbor even came to me and commented on how professional they were.
All in all my total experience with A Cut Above was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.
