I heard rumors that the service here was poor so I read some reviews. They echoed each other but I went in anyway because it's the only place I can find parts locally. Which is worse for me now that I won't be coming back. Although their prices were outrageous. I'll explain more below. I'm new to the scooter world, and got a Kymco people 50 online that I was hoping a professional could look at and make me feel great about my new passion. The service was minimal and passive. I got a "Hey, do you need something," when I walked in and I explained what was up to just get a sigh, eye roll and a hurumph as he got out of his chair. Immediately he starts saying "Yeah that's like 100, that's like 300, those are like 800 all together," after just kind of talking generally about the things I'd like to fix up. (I wasn't asking for any parts then anyway)We then went inside and he went right back behind the computer and that's all that interaction added up to. I said I would like buddy pegs for my scooter. They went in the back and found one. They wanted, I'm not kidding, twice the price that I can order it online for and gave me scoff about being educated on my prices. It really sucks when the only place you can get what you need locally, is not a nice place to be. It really ruined my scooter experience today and made me wonder if this is what I'll get from everyone who rides. Thanks a lot..
