I think I just found the best surveying team in the Portland area! Every part of working alongside Shaun and everyone on the office staff and field crew at CMT was the best experience and far exceeded my expectations. I was very thorough in selecting the best company for boundary survey needs on our residential (rural) property, narrowing down a field of about 60 surveyors down to a handful of companies. However, during the process I discovered that CMT stood out among the rest in every aspect because of their fair pricing, prompt correspondence, transparent communication, courteous staff, and the sense that I – the customer – was the most important part in the entire process. My first phone conversation with the principal owner Shaun was a breath of fresh air, and I sensed what they meant by their mission to “build long-term relationships, not just projects.” After the survey was completed on schedule and performed with the highest level of professionalism and expertise, I am convinced that this company stays true to their mission. I highly recommend CMT Surveying & Consulting, and for me, I will go to CMT for my future land surveying needs.
