Every experience I have ever had with him, or his wife, has been a positive one. They are very kind, and very flexible, and I feel that his rates are very competitive. He has never charged me for anything that wasn't needed, like many chain repair shops try to do. He is also very good at explaining the problem, what may have caused it, and how to prevent it in the future.
