Horrible workmanship! I've only had three dealing with BBC and all three were bad. The first time they sandblasted my entire work piece and it cost me hundreds of dollars in extra labor for no reason. My piece was painted on one area and it would have been much faster and cheaper to simply grind the paint from the weld area.
The second time they kept pushing my completion time more and more out and when I went to pick up my finished items the fat old codger that sits on his rear all day was totally rude for no reason. I walked in and said "Im here to pick up my items" and the old man just sat and looked at me in awkward silence for about 5 seconds and widened his eyes and shook is head and said "well I need a name!"...what a jerk. He could have said something like "whats your name?" or "what name is it under?".
The third and last time dealing with these clowns was when I had them make some items that were going to hold a lot of weight and had very specific dimensions that needed to be maintained. I even made a perfect template for them to use. They didn't account for the thickness of the material and didn't account for any deflection from the metal getting hot and cold when welding. They completely messed up the tolerances of my dimensions. These people are supposed to know how to account for material thickness and deflection when welding but my parts looked like they were made by a kids first day in welding class. Some parts of my items were over 3/8" off.
Rather than dealing with these people I changed my project to fit the poor quality work from BBC and cost me an extra week of work on my project. I wont be dealing with these rednecks again.
