I have a very difficult prescription w/ trifocal lenses. Legally blind without my glasses. It took several tries for Dr Graham and the team to get my glasses so I could see both far and near. KUDOS to them for hanging in there and preserving until we got it right. Thank you for the gift of vision. Be advised it may take a couple of tries to get it right, but keep going back. They want to have a happy customer, and they have one in me.!
If i could rate it lower i would. I've attempted to go there two times now. The first time I called for an appointment, gave them all my information on over the phone... They then told me that I needed to have my primary are physician refer me. As I was new to town, I had no dr yet so they refused to see me. The second time a couple years later, I made an appointment... this time no need for a reference. I am double covered under my insurance, as well as my husbands. They couldn't see me for 3 months... Finally get scheduled, and when I go to fill out paperwork, they tell me they stopped taking my husbands insurance at the first of the year! I need his usurance because my glasses are extremely expensive. Strike two. Today, I got new glasses! i needed them adjusted so I ran down the street from work to these guys. hey it's across the street and it's just an adjustment! The tech ruined my lenses with his heat gun! He has messed up the coating on my lenses and now I am looking through a haze. They tell me that I was the one that probably did this. (I've had them two weeks) but reluctantly tell me that they will put new lenses in. However I fear now that they will be able to get my high index lenses as well as transitions and scratch coatings. We shall see, but I will never go in there after this ever again.
