Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen

The food and service at this location is not as consistently good as other local Bambuza outlets, but it is improving. We usually visit when my wife works late at Washington Square. The spicing can be too heavy, the presentation is sometimes uninspiring, and flourishes of cilantro and presentation were missing on several occasions. (Just ask them for it when you notice it is missing.) The pho was once served with meat that was too big to eat and we had to ask for a plate and knife to cut it. On several other nights my wife's plate arrived 5 minutes later than mine. The staff is nice, the place is kept clean, and the food is good.
