When they asked if I wanted to do an early renewal I tore the paper up immediately. This is the most unreasonable apartment complex I have ever dealt with. If there was a way to leave no stars or negative stars I would have. They harass their tenants over ridiculous things. For example they do not allow ac's or barbecues. If you have ANYTHING on your patio it is a violation. Literally I received a notice because there was a small pink bag on my patio. Trust that you do not want to deal with the incompetent staff. If this is not a good enough warning, due to their unpopularity they bring in tenants that are terrible neighbors, abusive to each other and their pets. They have ineffective ways of dealing with serious matters but continuously harass their good tenants over the most ridiculous things. The small bag on my patio is not keeping people from signing up for this terrible complex. They are clearly looking for any reason why people do't want to live here and are pointing fingers at current tenants instead of doing the very necessary overhaul on their staff and policies. You do not want to leave in this dump.
