I signed a year membership here paid lump sum in advance. It seems like it is a gym where they only care about you when you are NOT signed up because they want the cash flow coming in. Once you are a member forget about it. I have called several times, left voicemail's, messages with employees and have not received any call back. I signed a year membership moved to another city and all I'm asking for is them to mail my gloves so I can go to the other 9 Round here in Sacramento, CA. A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE NICE! Don't expect great customer service with this place.
