5th Gear Motorz

We bought a 2010 Dodge Journey. I can't believe that everything that could go wrong with a car did. I can understand a few things going wrong but we are into paying more for the repairs than what we paid for the car.. Not only are we having to pay for the repairs but I was pulled over and was told that the plates didn't even go to this car and the police thought it was a stolen car. I had to purchase new plates and tags for my car and it is supposed to come with the purchase. You would think that the owner of 5th Gear Motors would care about his customers but this is not the case at all. It came down to even being made fun of by one if the employees there. I am writing this review to make people aware that if they purchase a car here, that they don't care about you being satisfied. The only thing they are going to tell you is they don't have a crystal ball to be able to see if your is going to work out for you.. All the things we have had to repair. Brake system, the only windows that roll down are the 2 front ones. The back ones don't roll down and the passenger only works from driver's side. The head gasket blew and had to replace that and have the heads reworked. Now we are into emissions system from the head gasket blowing.. It's not like I asked for the owner to pay for everything. I simply asked him to either help by having his mechanic do it to cut the cost or help me at least pay for parts. That would have been the right thing to do. Instead I was belittled and made fun of. I hope people read the reviews cause I guarantee these people don't believe in doing the right thing. They just want your money. They care nothing about you being satisfied.
